It’s a new weekend in Destiny 2, which means Xur is back with some goodies. But where is Xur? What Is Xur Selling? Here’s all the information regarding Xur for November 10th – November 14th.
Where Is Xur? What Is Xur Selling?
From November 10th – November 14th, Xur will be located on Nessus. He’s hanging out in a tree north of Watcher’s Grave.
For the weapon, Xur is selling an exotic grenade launcher called The Prospector.
To be honest, I hate using grenade launchers in Destiny 2. However, I do like how The Prospector’s ability, Excavation, which allows you to manually detonate all live grenades at the same time. Furthermore, The Prospector is fully automatic, which is unique for this weapon type.
The Prospector – Grenade Launcher – Weapon Perks
- Excavation – Hold to fire grenades. Release to detonate all live grenades simultaneously.
- Volatile Launch – This weapon is optimized for an especially explosive payload. Greatly increases blast radius. Slightly decreases handling speed. Slightly decreases projectile speed.
- Augmented Drum – Heavy, high capacity drum. Greatly increases magazine size. Greatly decreases reload speed.
- Full Auto Trigger System – Holding down the trigger will fire this weapon at full auto.
- Hand-Laid Stock – This weapon is optimized for recoil control. Increases stability.
In addition to The Prospector, there are three exotic helmets available. These helmets are as follows: Foetracer (Hunter), An Insurmountable Skullfort (Titan), and Eye of Another World (Warlock).
Out of these three helmets, Foetracer is my favorite due to its ability Relentless Tracker. Relentless Tracker highlights enemies and deals more damage to marked enemies when their health is low. Long story short, this helmet is ridiculously powerful in PvP.
An Insurmountable Skullfort is more designed for PvE due to its ability Transfusion Matrix. If you’re a Striker Titan, you’ll appreciate this helmet. Basically, killing enemies with your fist gives you some awesome benefits, such as health regeneration and fully restoring your melee energy.
Looks aside, Eye of Another World isn’t all that great. Cerebral Uplink highlights priority targets and improves grenade, melee, and rift regeneration. Although there are better exotic Warlock helmets, Eye of Another World is one of the most aesthetically pleasing helmets in Destiny 2.
What Did You Purchase From Xur?
Let’s be honest, Xur is starting to get redundant. It’s bumming me out. These last two weeks, I’ve already obtained most of the exotics he had in stock. Is it because I play too much Destiny 2? Probably! Regardless, I’m still excited every Friday to see what he has available!
What did you think of Xur’s loot this week? Do you regularly use The Prospector, Foetracer, An Insurmountable Skullfort, or Eye of Another World? Leave your answers in the comments below!
